Terms of use

Claim Binder helps you keep records. It doesn't give legal or insurance advice, and decisions about your claim are yours and your insurer's.

Apple's terms apply

Claim Binder is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. If they conflict, Apple's agreement controls.

No legal or insurance advice

Claim Binder is an organizer. It doesn't value claims, interpret insurance policies, recommend how to dispute a decision, or tell you what you can recover, and nothing in the app or on this site is legal, insurance or financial advice. Totals, percentages and "days left" figures are arithmetic on the numbers you enter; they don't say what your policy covers or what you're owed. PoshJosh LLC is not a public adjuster, insurer, agent or law firm. For advice, talk to your insurer, a licensed professional, or your state's insurance department.

Your records

You're responsible for what you enter and share, and for checking it before you send it to anyone. Automatic features, such as reading receipts and covering card numbers, can make mistakes; review the results. Keep a full backup somewhere safe, because a lost phone or a mistaken delete in iCloud can remove records.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold and refunded through Apple. See Support for how to request a refund.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Claim Binder is provided as is, and PoshJosh LLC isn't liable for claim outcomes, missed deadlines, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions: support@poshjoshllc.com.
